About Let It Shine Styles

Kaitlyn is a dedicated and passionate professional in the beauty industry whose love for her craft grows every day. She firmly believes in the importance of education and is always eager to learn something new. Over the years, Kaitlyn has completed numerous certification classes specializing in hair color and hair extensions. She takes pride in helping women achieve the hair they've always dreamed of, finding immense joy in brightening their day and boosting their confidence.

Outside of the salon, Kaitlyn enjoys spending quality time with her husband and two beautiful daughters. Her family cherishes time together at their camp and on beach trips. She also values creating lasting memories with family and friends, whether through backyard barbecues or weekend getaways.

Taryn has always had a natural talent for the beauty industry, often experimenting with hairstyles and creating fun makeup looks. However, it wasn't until college that she realized her true passion lay in this field. Just before her senior year, Taryn decided to change her path, and in January 2023, she enrolled in cosmetology school.

Her love and dedication to hair and the beauty industry have only grown since then. While still in school, Taryn began working at Let It Shine Styles alongside Kaitlyn. This experience has been invaluable, allowing her to learn and grow in her craft. Taryn is passionate about creating custom colors and installing beautiful extensions to help her clients achieve their dream hair, which motivates her every day behind the chair.

When she's not in the salon, Taryn enjoys spending time with her family and her beloved dog, Bridget.

Kelsey has been in the beauty industry for nearly two years, with a lifelong passion for hair. She began her career at Let It Shine while still in beauty school, where Kaitlyn has been an incredible mentor, helping her grow as a stylist. Kelsey specializes in lived-in colors and Invisible Bead Extensions, and she loves the ever-evolving nature of the industry. Her favorite part of her work is helping clients feel beautiful and confident.

In her free time, Kelsey enjoys going to concerts with friends or relaxing at home with her family. She looks forward to connecting with new clients and getting to know them better!

Keagan has been in the beauty industry for about two years and recently joined Let It Shine Styles, a move she considers the best decision she's ever made. She loves working alongside Kaitlyn and specializes in blondes and lived-in colors. For Keagan, helping women feel confident and beautiful by achieving their dream hair is one of the most rewarding aspects of her career.

When she's not in the salon, Keagan spends her time coaching high school girls' basketball at Elizabeth Forward. She looks forward to welcoming new clients into her chair and getting to know them better.
